Our highly-upgraded beach home is located on a secluded, quiet street close to everything Coronado has to offer. Although technically considered a “cloud condo” or a “back house”, we do not have any shared or adjoining walls…we are simply “behind” the front house.

The spacious ground floor bedroom is furnished with queen (murphy) bed, closet and newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. Beyond the bathroom is a newer high-efficiency washer dryer and a multi-purpose workout/movie room with surround sound and a 65” curved 4k TV supported by 4k Apple TV, yoga mats and some light weights.

Upstairs you’ll find an open and bright main living floor with beautiful Brazilian Cherrywood floors throughout. Gourmet kitchen with a large island with 4 comfy bar stools, new bright quartz countertops, stainless steal appliances and a large dinning table that comfortably fits up to 8.

The main floor includes the large master bedroom, walk-in closet and secondary closet, and newly remodeled master bathroom with double vanity and large spa-like shower with 3 shower heads. Out the back is the large outdoor balcony for sunny morning coffee and quiet evening sunsets, also perfect for a quick midday lunch break from all the Coronado action.

The third floor is the space for kids, featuring a third large bedroom with two twin beds and another full newly-remodeled bathroom with tub. A fantastic tv/sitting room and 32” 4k flat screen and Apple TV is just off this bedroom and makes for perfect weekend mornings. Off the tv/sitting room is another outdoor space with views of downtown and any fireworks that may be going on over the bay, including from Sea World.

Great ground-level entry patio with a large gas/charcoal combo grill for grilling burger, ribs, and anything else.
