Full Month of July: $19,500 ($650/night)

Use of Golf Cart negotiable based on length of stay and other factors but expect an additional deposit and other requirements
Refundable security deposit: $4,000
Non-refundable Cleaning Fee: $350
50% of full payment due upon booking, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation with full refund: if cancelled in writing at least 2 calendar months prior to arrival date
Cancellation with partial refund (50% of the initial payment): If cancelled in writing at least 31 days prior to arrival date
Non-Refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date
Golf Cart available for use/rental (requires additional rental fee + security deposit and waiver)
Cashiers / Bank Check
Wire Transfer (full validation of who we are available upon inquiry - we are the home owners, no middle-man)
Credit cards can be accepted (up to 50% of the total) with 4% transaction fee applied
