Please understand Coronado STRICTLY enforces a transient occupancy restriction. This means that a 26 night minimum stay exists for all rental properties within Coronado city limits.

Please don't hesitate to inquire below and provide us with your preferred arrival and departure dates and we'll work with you to accommodate your schedule as best as possible!

Current Summer 2024 Availability: 

  • Full Month of July 2024:

    • July 1st through July 31st 2024

    • Check in 7/1/24 (Monday) between 10am and 4pm

    • Check out 7/31/24 (Wednesday) before 11am

    • Full Month of July: $19,500 ($650/night)

  • Please contact us with your preferred dates and we’ll try and work with you to accommodate your preferred dates

    • Alternate option: June 29th - July 26th ($650/night)

    • Alternate option: July 6th - Aug 2nd ($600/night)

    • Alternate option: YOU TELL US

  • Use of Golf Cart negotiable based on length of stay and other factors but expect an additional deposit and other requirements

Other Terms:

  • Refundable security deposit: $4,000

  • Non-refundable Cleaning Fee: $350

  • 50% of full payment due upon booking, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival

  • Cancellation with full refund: if cancelled in writing at least 2 calendar months prior to arrival date

  • Cancellation with partial refund (50% of the initial payment): If cancelled in writing at least 31 days prior to arrival date

  • Non-Refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date

  • Golf Cart available for use/rental (requires additional rental fee + security deposit and waiver)

Payment Methods:

  • Cashiers / Bank Check

  • Wire Transfer (full validation of who we are available upon inquiry - we are the home owners)

  • Credit cards can be accepted (up to 50% of the total) with 4% transaction fee applied
